Entry Requirements and Prerequisites
The Bachelor of Music entrance standard approximates to AMEB Grade 7, or Grade 5 for Voice. Your audition, academic results and musicianship test and are all taken into account in the selection process. The audition performance is the most important of these, however academic results are also important in determining your ability to cope with the academic demands of the course. The musicianship test results tell us whether you have the appropriate theory knowledge and musical aptitude to succeed in the first year of the course.
