I chose to study at the University of Melbourne because of the quality of instrumental teachers at Faculty of Music. In my Bachelor of Music course, I study singing and piano with the highest calibre of teachers. I've been able to focus on vocal studies, particularly on my interest in the Lieder repertoire of the 19th century. I really enjoy performing Chamber Music with friends in the BMus and have also had the opportunity to be involved in musical activities outside the Faculty, performing in musicals while living at Trinity College. In the future, I hope to work in Melbourne as a musician - singing and conducting.
